Landscaping and Gardening Maintenance Services

⁠⁠⁠Council has several established garden areas at various locations within town of Cloncurry. As these areas are valuable assets, Council is keen to ensure that these areas are properly maintained.

The successful tenderer will undertake the landscaping and gardening maintenance services on behalf of Council for the garden areas as identified in the Request for Tender Document's Scope of Services.

This tender is for a number of locations throughout Cloncurry - a map showing the exact locations and scope of works for each of the various gardens and park areas to be maintained is detailed in the "Scope of Works" area of the Request for Tender document.

Council will be holding a tender briefing (including an inspection of the individual locations). Although this briefing is not compulsory, attendance is strongly encouraged.
