Panel for Delivery of AGILE Training, Coaching, Mentoring Services

⁠⁠⁠eSolutions is the IT service division within Monash University. Over the last few years, eSolutions have embraced Scaled Agile (SAFe) as a project delivery framework and we have trained and certified a number of our staff. Agile ways of working are increasingly being used across the University for both technology and non-technology projects across operational divisions. Given eSolutions' maturity in this space, there are an increasing number of requests from across the University for Faculty and other staff to be trained and mentored in Agile practices.

To meet this demand, eSolutions is refreshing the Agile panel with partners who can offer relevant training, coaching, mentoring and consulting services.

Training: Formal classroom training as well as informal training that may lead to certification (either industry certification or Monash specific certification aligned to our ways of working).

Mentoring: One on one Agile skill uplift, group mentoring, and other combinations where the supplier has a staff member embedded in a Monash team to learn Agile methodologies and improve the team or an individual's ways of working. This may extend to 'on-demand' mentoring services as required by groups that are more mature with Agile practises across the University.

Coaching: small group hands on training or classroom training with practical application and content, the supplier may have a staff member embedded in a Monash team to assist the team in learning Agile methodologies and ways of working.

Consultancy: The supplier manages workshops or projects using Agile practices on behalf of the University.

Some engagements may involve a mix of these categories or other models not mentioned above.

Monash University is particularly looking for suppliers who can work with all levels of knowledge from complete beginners to experienced certified Agile practitioners, as well as other methodologies where IT development is not the core focus, including customised Agile processes that are designed and built specifically for Monash embodying Agile principles.
