Tender Description
Moreland City Council requires the services of a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the construction of 33 speed humps / cushions within the Glenroy local area bounded by the Western Ring Road, Widford Street, Hilton Street and Northern Memorial Park.
Service levels are to be provided by the Contractor in accordance with ‘Best Value” aimed at achieving an environmentally responsible, safe and cost effective outcome for Council.

Tenderers are reminded that a tender is submitted via “Lodge Response” tab and clicking on “Upload File” box. It is preferred if all tender files are compressed (zipped) under one file name and uploaded as one or single file response.
Tenderers are reminded that a tender is not submitted until (1) the “Save” button is selected, and then (2) “Press to Finalise your Online Bid” is pressed.
Submissions will only be accepted via Council’s etendering system with a preferred maximum data upload file of 20Mb.
Email, facsimiles, hard copy and late submissions will not be accepted.
It is the responsibility of the tenderer to ensure that the tender is uploaded and received by the closing time/date. It is advisable to commence this process well before the submission time to avoid any technical difficulties.
Tenders not submitted by the tender closing date/time will not be accepted.
