Contracts Management Software Solution

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest are invited and will be received up to 2pm Tuesday 2 April 2019 for:

The City of Newcastle is seeking contracts management software to manage all of Council's contracts and be an enterprise-wide contract lifecycle management solution. The solution should have user-defined process workflows for all stages of the contract lifecycle. The software should manage approvals, variations and document management through all stages of the contract process. (Council does not require a solution that includes the management of transactional purchase orders).

Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the respondent. Lodgement information is provided in the EOI document. Council is not bound to accept or proceed further with any EOI submitted.
