Department of Human Services is seeking an ICT Strategic and Support Services Advisor to assist in developing a greater focus on ‘Better Ways of Working’ (building on the Multi-Disciplinary Team approach) to identify the role digital transformation will have on improving DHS services to its customers.
Primarily work within the CIO Group and ICT Programmes, the candidate will need to work with a diverse group of stakeholders and subject matter experts from both business and ICT. The candidate will also need to work closely with a range of stakeholders from other projects and will be required to work with external vendors.
The ICT Strategic and Support Services Advisor will assist in developing a greater focus on ‘Better Ways of Working’ (building on the Multi-Disciplinary Team approach) to identify the role digital transformation will have on improving DHS services to its customers.
The requirement is for an ICT Strategic Advisor who will be responsible for the development of a consistent framework for operating and modernising existing DHS technology solutions, that supports all key business drivers, and delivery of future digital programmes.
