Expression of Interest - Lease of Premises at Marrickville Town Hall

⁠⁠⁠Inner West Council invites Expression of Interests for the lease of office space within The Marrickville Town Hall. Marrickville Town Hall is a heritage listed building which was opened in 1879 and is one of the larger community venues in the Inner West Council.

The site is located at 303 Marrickville Road, Marrickville which is on the corner of Petersham Road and Marrickville Road, Marrickville. The New Marrickville Library will be opening in 2019. Planning is underway for the relocation of the library from the Marrickville Town Hall to the new building on the corner of Marrickville and Livingstone Roads.

The available space within the Town Hall is:
Basement Floor The approximate area of the basement floor is approximately 750sqm. The basement area can be subdivided into multiple tenancies. The access to the basement floor is via the main stair case within the building and from the main street. There will be a lift constructed as part of the masterplan. The floor also has male and female toilets.

Ground Floor The approximate area of the ground floor is approximately 350sqm and it is accessed from the main street entry. The floor contains five separate office area which can be used as storage or workable office space. There is also male and female toilets located on the ground floor.

First floor The approximate area of the first floor is approximately 400sqm and the area is access via the central stair case within the building. There will be lifts constructed as part of the masterplan which will provide additional access. The area included a number of self-contained partitioned office areas. There is also male and female toilets located on the first floor.

Expression of Interests must be lodged through Tenders Online to the corresponding Tender Box at: (see option below).
