This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The SharePoint Administrator is part of the Tools and Collaboration Team within the ROBUST Program Management Office (PMO) and will provide high quality services across multiple programs and projects. Assisting the Tools Collaboration Manager to define and document appropriate document management standards and processes for the ROBUST program.
This position will report to the Tools Collaboration Manager, PMO
* Document management standards governance and monitoring within the ROBUST program
* ROBUST program SharePoint site administration – front end only
* Provide SharePoint configuration including augmenting the permissions model and metadata structures as required
* Troubleshooting SharePoint problems and escalating if required
* Assist in the development of SharePoint solution development based on user requirements
* Document tooling processes and provide informal learning sessions for users
* On-boarding new users into SharePoint, and MS Teams
