Tender Description
In order to meet its requirements for the provision of public housing in Victoria the Department wishes to establish, through Public Tender, a panel of Modular Builders to deliver Modular Houses to the Department. The modular houses will range from stand alone, to clusters of dwellings, to apartment style and will be delivered in both Metropolitan and Regional Victoria. The Panel will be established for an initial period of 3 years, with a possible extension for another 2 years.
The Panel Member must be registered with the VBA. All construction contracts awarded to the panel will be subject to the Victorian Governments Procurement Rules.
