Griffith University is one of Australia's fastest growing Universities, serving 46,000 students and more than 4,000 staff. The University is a thriving multi-campus institution strategically positioned in the Brisbane-Gold Coast corridor, one of Australia's fastest growing regions.
Salesforce marketing cloud (SFMC) was chosen as the marketing automation system for Griffith University after evaluating several enterprise products in 2018. SFMC was implemented at Griffith to better leverage personalised content across key student recruitment communications and to apply a more targeted and sophisticated direct marketing approach.
The SFMC project has since been reported as a success and thus it has been proposed that we expand its use, broaden the nurture journeys and integrate with QSES CRM (outsourced Enquiry Management) to meet strategic recruitment objectives.
Griffith would like to receive proposals from suppliers who would like to provide services to address the following requirements:
* Integrate with QSES and use their CRM ID as the primary key, rather than email address;
* Transfer and sync data between SFMC and QSES CRM via HIP API;
* Prospects
* Interactions
* Applications, Offers and Enrols
* Study Area and Discipline to Degrees mapping
* Unsubscribes
* Develop a lead scoring solution within SFMC with the ability to notify QSES;
* Disestablish the existing FTP CSV SFMC export automations of interactions and unsubscribes; and
* Develop new automated journeys for domestic, international and online
