UTS has recently launched its new 2027 Strategic Plan (strategy.uts.edu.au).
As the UTS embarks on a new strategy towards UTS2027, a key initiative will be to deliver a seamless, personalised and relevant learning experience. Our students' experience will be seamless through a platform that adapts and supports all aspects of the student journey, from the students' perspective, from applying and enrolling, to onboarding, orientation, learning and progression, graduation and beyond.
The student experience on the new platform will be intuitive, modern technology, allowing UTS to continually evolve and move towards the UTS 2027 future. In addition, the experience will adapt to different types of learners from full-time, on-campus students, remote, light touch learners and graduate subscribers. The new platform will bring a single focus to key functions currently provided by different systems including direct applications, prospective student management, and student enquiries.
UTS seeks to establish an appropriate contract arrangement with a supplier or suppliers with the credentials, capability, experience, and capacity to provide a student centred CRM platform and related professional services. UTS is providing this opportunity as an open tender. Suppliers currently registered in the UTS Tenderlink System are invited to respond to this Request for Tender (RFT).
Submissions must be fully received by 4 pm Friday 22 March 2019.
