Tender Description
Part A - The City of Nedlands Council Administration building was identified as having 195 lineal metres of Asbestos containing materials (PCM) on the building's external soffit and ceiling lining and Gable ends. The City is seeking a suitable Licensed (Unrestricted) contractor to remove and replace with a Hardiflex material suited to this application. The Contractor will also replace or purchase any mouldings or decorative features that are damaged or removed during this process.
Part -B Paint all new materials fitted in association with this contract and repaint existing fascia boards and guttering to the specifications provided.
