⁠⁠⁠The Town of Victoria Park is calling for RFP from appropriate parties to lease a Portion of 42 Somerset Street, East Victoria Park Aqualife Centre Cafe/Kiosk and 248 Gloucester Street, East Victoria Park - Leisurelife Centre Cafe/Kiosk for a term of five (5) years with the option for a further five (5) year period at the absolute discretion of the Principal.
