Milson Park Boat Ramp Upgrade
Tenders are invited for the works associated with the supply of materials and labour for the upgrade of a boat ramp in Milson Park.
The boat ramp upgrade would aim to meet the slope, width and surface recommendations of the NSW Boat Ramp Facility Guidelines (RMS, 2015). In order to improve the usability of the ramp the following tasks need to be achieved: removal of the existing concrete ramp, widening the ramp, removal and rebuilding of NE section of sandstone wall, extending the toe of the ramp, anchoring the ramp with mass concrete at the toe, cast-in-situ concrete construction above MWL and precast concrete planks below, 1 m wide concrete stepped access alongside the ramp.
Tender documents are also available in hardcopy from 19 February 2019 for a non-refundable fee of $300.00 per set, from North Sydney Council at 200 Miller Street, North Sydney.
A pre tender meeting will be held on site at Milson Park on Monday, 25 February 2019 at 10.00 am.
Submissions in sealed envelopes marked with the quotation number 19/2019 and clearly labelled 'Milson Park Boat Ramp Upgrade' must be submitted in accordance with conditions of tendering by 4.00 pm on Wednesday, 13 March 2019.
