⁠⁠⁠Paterson Barracks Building 1 internal and external refurbishment. Internal refurbishment includes paint works, floor coverings, lighting upgrades and mechanical exhaust upgrades in the amenities. The external works includes paint works, window replacement and building stormwater upgrades.
