The City of Subiaco currently has an observation platform over the top of a manmade lake at Subiaco Common located at 35 Tighe Street Subiaco 6008. The City is seeking a suitably qualified or experienced contractor to remove the existing decking joists and bridging supports and replace them as specified in this document.
