Tender Description
Healthy North Coast Ltd, trading as North Coast Primary Health Network (NCPHN), is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible providers to develop a population weighted funding formula for the 2019-2020 North Coast Integrated Team Care (ITC) program (Aboriginal Chronic Care).
The Project will review best practice primary health care funding models, collect a local baseline of local data and develop a new funding model for the 2019-2020 North Coast ITC program by June 2019.
Health economists, statisticians and health planners are invited to submit proposals by 12pm Monday 25 March.
