Tender Description
Design and Construct of three new amenity blocks and associated infrastructure and equipment, including demolition of existing public toilet blocks, including floor slabs and the design and construct of a replacement public toilet / amenity block, and connection to existing water and wastewater services at the three nominated sites. The work is to be performed at Randells Cove (Lake Eppalock), Greens Lake (Corop) and Jerusalem Creek (Lake Eildon).
GMW are ideally seeking a sole provider to conduct the works, however reserve the right to accept submissions for either one (1) or multiple sites (2 or 3)
Mandatory site inspection will be conducted at each of the three locations on the following days and times: 9:00am Tuesday 26 February 2019
Randells Cove, Lake Eppalock (Road access is available from Lyell Road to the vicinity of the site) 1:00pm Tuesday 26 February 2019
Greens Lake, Corop (Road access available off Midland Highway through the Greens Lake Road site) 9:00am Wednesday 27 February 2019
Jerusalem Creek, Lake Eildon (Road access is available from Jerusalem Creek road)
Prospective tenderers are required to register attendance to Chris Dwyer (0437 163 678) by 4pm 22 February 2019. Details required are who will be attending and company name.
A tender received by a Tenderer who has not attended the site meeting for the location they are tendering for, will be deemed non-conforming and will not be accepted.
