This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Two Business Analysts are required to support the Channels delivery stream. One role is expected to bring deep technical knowledge to support requirements management for the Channels platform implementation workstream. While the second role will bring process design experience to support the Channels Operations and Channels Competency Centre workstreams.
The position will report into the Channels BA Stream lead, with a dual reporting line into the channels delivery team.
Exposure to multiple facets of greenfield digital platforms, including articulating requirements for technology, process/people capabilities, to support delivery, implementation and operations of the solution.
Experience in eliciting information across a diverse group of both technical and non-technical stakeholders, an ability to grasp new concepts quickly, able to distil complex information, document requirements (functional/non-functional) and business processes.
Experience implementing websites, portals, content management systems, product distribution and subscription services is required for the technical BA role.
Experience designing support and operation processes and articulating the requirements to setup and design a Digital Competency centre is essential for the process BA role.
