Expression of Interest – Builders - Alterations + Additions Budja Budja Medical Centre

Expressions of Interest are invited from registered commercial Building Companies for the construction of alterations and additions to an existing Medical Centre at 20-22 Grampians Road, Halls Gap.

The works shall comprise construction of a new single storey building addition accommodating 4 No Consulting/Treatment Rooms and associated facilities (approx.. 210m2 total) complete with minor alterations to existing areas (approx.. 40m2).

Submissions are to be limited to five A4 pages with Builders to provide commercial registration, previous experience, references, ability to complete projects within time and cost constraints, and ability to demonstrate compliance with OH&S and industrial relation requirements for a project of this type.

Submissions shall be received at the following address prior to 2.00pm on Friday, 22nd February 2019 (from which, a short-list of Tenderers shall be prepared).
