The Shire of Ashburton is seeking to engage a suitably experienced and qualified Company to design and construct (D&C) the works necessary to convert existing change rooms into compliant public toilets and sports storage areas in Paraburdoo, WA.
The change rooms are currently divided into five internal spaces, and will be modified to create male/female and ambulant public toilets, four sports stores, a cleaners store and a general store. The D&C works include completion of any additional working drawings / details required, obtaining a building permit, adjustment to power, lighting and water, and repainting all existing internal and external painted areas.
Submissions for this Request for Quotation will be received no later than 2.00 pm (WST) 18 February 2019.
