Tender Description
Bupa seeks to commission innovative Service Models that support people with mental health problems to receive treatment and care that enables them to live well in the community, thereby avoiding the need for hospitalisation.
The service will focus on recovery and respond to individual support needs (meeting their clinical and safety needs). There will be an orientation towards building strengths and resilience and promoting the optimal health of the person.
Services are sought in the following states: New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory and Queensland. Providers may apply to deliver services in one or more of these areas.
Submissions are due 15 February 2019.
The successful service provider (s) will be expected to commence service delivery by mid Q2 2019.
