Burgess Lane/Calala Lane Intersection Upgrade

This Tender is for Tamworth Regional Council (Council) Contract No T087/2019 Burgess Lane Calala Lane Intersection Upgrade delivered as a construct only contract.

This is a Quality Assured Contract with method of payment being Firm Lump Sum not subject to rise and fall.

The scope of works to be delivered for the Burgess Lane/Calala Lane Intersection Upgrade as part of this contract are detailed in the design drawings and specifications, provided in VOLUME 4 of the Contract Documents.

Tenderers are required to complete the Schedule of Prices contained within Volume 5 of the Contract Documents to be considered for the work.
