Overview
Willoughby City Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the delivery of road safety works on Victoria Avenue, comprising a pedestrian crossing on Oscar Street and blister islands on Hercules Street, as part of Council's Road Safety Program.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Installation of a raised pedestrian crossing on Oscar Street
- All civil works based on detailed design
- Associated signage and line marking
- Temporary lighting installation
- Installation of blister islands on Hercules Street
- Removal and re-installation of all associated signage

Tenders are to be submitted online at the etender portal, or alternatively within a sealed envelope endorsed:
"The General Manager, Victoria Avenue (at Oscar Street & Hercules Street) - Road Safety"
Sealed envelope submissions are to be placed in the Tender Box located within the Customer Service Centre on the Ground Floor at 31 Victor Street, Chatswood 2067, so as to be received in full prior to 11am Tuesday 25 August 2026.
Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
