Community Housing Limited, is inviting organisations experienced and skilled in delivering maintenance services to tender for contracts for the delivery of property maintenance to a portfolio of residential properties across Queensland in Townsville, the Fraser Coast, South East Queensland; and Tweed Heads in NSW.
Portfolio of over 1000 properties. Contracts are proposed to commence 1 July 2019.
