The scope of work is for the Supply of Ore on Belt Profile Monitoring System
Suppliers wishing to be considered must be able to demonstrate their ability to complete the following tasks:
* demonstrate ore-profile scanners can dynamically identify the volumetric carrying capacity of a belt, given varying environmental conditions;
* demonstrate ore-profile scanner data can be incorporated into a Schneider M580 plant control system via industrial protocols such as Ethernet/IP or Modbus TCP;
* demonstrate strong capability in the design, engineering and manufacture of ore profile scanners to meet or exceed Project quality requirements and specification;
* demonstrate the successful completion of similar projects;
* demonstrate strong capabilities and proven systems in project, quality, supply chain and logistics management to meet project quality and programme requirements;
* familiarity with and the ability to fully comply with the technical requirements of RTIO specifications; and
* demonstrate ability to provide spares and after sales service support.
