For over 20 years, OPEC's Industrial Division has specialised in providing expertise in all facets of designing, installing, testing, commissioning, maintaining and decommissioning bulk fuel storage and transfer facilities.

OPEC provides design and construct services to high profile clients in the defence, mining, industrial, and commercial markets.

As part of our diverse project service offering, OPEC is looking to expand its capability through the engagement of suitably qualified and experienced contracting companies who specialise in both greenfield and brownfield project disciplines (SMEC), within the bulk fuel environment.

As part of this RFP, OPEC is seeking proposals from reputable subcontractors Australia wide who can provide the following in their submission:

Capability Statement
Project portfolio
Insurances:
* PL $20M
* WC state based requirements
* Vehicle Insurances
* Special risk or project specific insurances (if applicable)
* PI state level of coverage of applicable

Certifications
Complete the OPEC F128

Each submission will be vetted against an internal QSE minimum requirement level (MRL), with successful applications shortlisted as an approved contracting company with OPEC.
