Tender Description
The purpose of this tender is to ensure that the Ararat Rural City Council has a Panel of Approved Suppliers of Builders / Carpenters to carry out Minor Capital Works, Building Renewal Projects and Building Maintenance on Council Assets.
The type of works would include but not limited to:
* Minor office renovations/re-fit
* Refurbishment of Public Facilities and Structures
* Repairs to Buildings and Facilities
* Wall and roof framing
* Installation of cladding
Council requires Builders with the capacity, professional approach and technical ability to fulfil Council’s Building and Facility Maintenance needs with a critical emphasis on quality.
