Tender Description
arkes Shire Council (PSC the Principal) is seeking quotations from appropriately qualified earthworks and landscaping contractors for the provision of minor earthworks, vegetation planting, and erection of environmental controls for the Billabong Creek Remediation.
The primary objectives for the scope of work are:
1. To provide well-designed and well implemented minor earthworks, vegetation planting, and erection of environmental controls.
2. Maintenance of planted vegetation until it is established.
3. The construction / installation work shall be completed on time, within budget and without incidents (Health, Safety, Environment, Community, Quality, or HSECQ). The work shall also have minimal impact on the ongoing operation of the WTP and STP.
All site / field work shall be coordinated with Parkes Shire Council's Project Management Office (PMO).
Prices are to be on a Schedule of Rates basis. All prices for services offered are to be fixed for the term of the Contract. Prices must include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
A non-mandatory briefing teleconference will be held on Wednesday 23 January 2019 commencing at 2.00pm AEST teleconference numbers and participants codes that must be used has been outlined in the RFT Section 5.24 Teleconference Details - Non Mandatory Briefing.
Prospective providers are encouraged to seek clarification on any point to assist in their providing the best possible Tender, via the on-line forum only.
