Tender Description
Community Housing Limited is developing 4 social housing units to address the target group of old person’s, couples, singles in the Clunes community in partnership with the Hepburn Shire Council.
Project Scope
The Project scope consists of:
1. Construction of 4 dwellings which comprise of 1 x 2 bedroom units SDA Fully accessible design standard compliant dwelling and 3 x 2 bedroom units SDA Robust design standard compliant dwelling.
2. Construction of associated, driveways, crossovers, landscaping and fencing works.
* Procuring full Occupation Permit.
3. The project would require extension of sewer, water and electricity mains to the site by suitably qualified contractors. These works do not form part of this RFQ and would be tendered at a later date.
This RFQ closes at 5:00 pm on the 6th of February 2019, please refer program below. CHVL would expect to complete the builder negotiations and commit to the works by mid / late February 2019. This would allow about 4 weeks for contract execution and building permit. The construction is scheduled to commence in early April 2019 with an 8 month period to practical completion and Certificate of Occupancy by November 2019.
