Tender Description
Strathfield Council invites tenders for contractors to be appointed to Council's Trade Services Panel. Council requires, from time to time, appropriately qualified and experienced contractors to carry out certain works for Council in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner.
The following trades are being sought for this Panel: HVAC and air conditioning; carpentry and joinery; concreting; electrical (including data); fencing; glazing; landscaping; painting; paving; pest treatment and control; plumbing and gas fitting; roof cavity vacuuming; roof gutter cleaning; roofing; and tiling services.

Successful contractors will form Council's Trade Services Panel for a period of one (1) year with an option to extend for an additional one (1) year.
