Tender Description
Stage 3 will establish a governance framework, develop high priority national architecture content and resources, undertake stakeholder engagement to support and encourage its use - particularly for C-ITS initiatives. It will also identify consideration for the further development of the NIA framework, including through related projects across other Austroads programs.
Stage 3 will be delivered through four (4) separate modules as follows:
1. Project Coordination and Stakeholder Consultation
2. Governance Framework and NIA Content Updates
3. Architecture Development (this module)
4. Data Concepts
Deliverables:
The tangible outputs will be provided to Module 1 including:
* International literature review relevant to Scope of Work for Module 3
* Content for webinars, Practitioner workshops and project reports
* Candidate NIA content and models as determined by PTL in consultation with the PRG and other stakeholders (to be considered through application of NIA Governance Framework with PRG)
