ANSTO is seeking EOI from companies with extensive experience in bringing new products to market.
ANSTO seek to engage a company that can support ANSTO’s technical development team which is commercialising a novel gamma imaging technology.
ANSTO expect the company to have
* extensive and proven track record working with clients to develop world-first solutions across a range of industries, and demonstrated experience with scientific equipment
* certified quality systems
* a broad range of skills which are required for the project including –
* industrial design & human factors
* design to international regulatory standards
* experience in the design of robust, critical-to-success, complex electromechanical devices
* design for manufacture practices to achieve low cost at low volume
* design for ease of calibration during manufacture and through life
* experience in the design of instrumentation for radiation environments including protection of electronic systems
* experience of materials for shielding and operation in radiation environments
* physics/mechanical/electronic/systems engineering
* embedded software and algorithm development
* testing and verification
