Melbourne Polytechnic is seeking expressions of interest (EOIs) in response to this Invitation for a new Institute-wide Service Management System.
Melbourne Polytechnic (MP) are seeking to implement a fully featured Information Technology Service Management tool and adoption of a service driven model based on ITIL best practises. This will require an implementation and migration of functionality to a new ITSM tool, or an enhancement of the existing ITSM Solar Winds Web Help Desk.
Migration to a new ITSM will require a detailed plan to migrate from the current MP Service Desk system to the successful selected system, including technical design, with full integration of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Single Sign On (SSO).
The purpose of this EOI Process is to assess the ability of Respondents to provide the goods/services required by Melbourne Polytechnic.
