Tender Description
The work of the contract is detailed on the drawings and schedule, and includes the following:
* Traffic Management, Site Establishment, Set out of design, Project Management including Soil and Erosion Management, Workplace Health and Safety Management and Traffic Management.
* Bulk excavation and removal of material offsite
* Placement and compaction of fill won from excavation
* Supply and installation of DN100 & DN300 stormwater pipes as shown in the drawings
* Construction of DN1050 & DN1200 benched RCP manholes as shown in the drawings
* Construction of Side Entry pits "type 1", "type2" & "GVP" as shown in the drawings
* Supply and installation of gravel sub* base and base
* Supply and installation of 35mm asphalt (AC7)
* Supply and installation of sub* soil drainage
* Construction of concrete kerb & channel type 'KC'
* Construction of concrete footpaths as shown on the drawing
* Construction of concrete access ramps "type A" and "type B".
* Construction of concrete and asphalt driveways as shown in drawing
* Minor works as required to completed the works and as detailed on the contract drawings and in the specification
* General reinstatement
* 12 month maintenance period
