Business Analyst - Mobile

⁠⁠⁠Seeking a Technical Business Analyst (mobile) for a 12 month contract

The position sits within the Innovation and Development Division and works within the Service Delivery team

Accountabilities include but are not limited to;

• Working with product managers and owners on mobile products, features, releases, roadmaps, issues and risks
• Creating product specifications
• Gathering requirements and documentation
• Managing assurance and governance stakeholders
• Working with product managers and owners on features, releases, roadmaps, issues and risks
• Hosting stakeholder meetings
• Assisting on reporting
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers, design, UX, communications, business) and third- party vendors and technology providers
• Assisting in Acceptance Testing of new product releases and features
• Reporting and analysing data, recommending solutions, measuring actions, and tracking results
• Experience in Government, large corporations preferred.

 Experience required;

• Adhering to the Agency Values and Code of Conduct.
• Experience as technical Business Analyst
• Skilled at documentation of customer requirements for mobile apps/ responsive websites
• Ability to produce product requirements and expectations and assist with program strategy
• Ability to recommend enhancements and facilitate implementation of product features
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Comfortable with complex architecture/ backend systems and strategy
• Technically capable with ability to work with product owners, project managers, developers, testers and assurance groups
• Experience working within agile development methodologies
• Experience with User Experience (UX) design practices and guidelines.
• Advanced facilitation/workshop skills, involving senior management, stakeholders
• A strong understanding of native mobile application technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of API/ webservices
• Experience with product backlog i.e grooming etc
• Good industry knowledge of mobile space and best practices
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
