Tender Description
Central and Eastern Sydney PHN (CESPHN) are requesting proposals for NDIS Education and Training program is to upskill and increase health professionals understanding of the NDIS, and the 'whole of life' aspects of disability and consider the needs of priority populations.
Completed responses must be submitted via online submission form. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the online manual on the portal under Support/Online Manuals/Making a Submission or contact Tenderlink Customer Support on 1800-233-533.
Tender closes at 6pm on Thursday 24 January 2019. Late applications will not be considered. CESPHN is not bound to accept the lowest priced RFP or all or any part of an RFP and reserves the right to conduct the RFP process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. CESPHN staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
