Expression of Interest for Uniform Supply

⁠⁠⁠Zoos Victoria is seeking the services of a suitably experienced, aligned and established uniform supplier for the provision of Uniform Supply services for all three Zoos Victoria sites (Melbourne Zoo, Werribee Open Range Zoo and Healesville Sanctuary).

The services include the:
(a) Supply and delivery of work wear for Zoo staff and Volunteers, that meets Australian Standards for sun protection, fabric/ colourfast quality and industry garment quality standards;
(b) Embroidering of Zoo logos based on design files provided by the Zoo;
(c) Compilation of new uniform "start" packs for new Zoo Staff and
Volunteers;
(d) Provision of Zoo-based uniform sizing service;
(e) Provision of quality management and returns/ replacement process;
(f) Provision of scheduled contract reports and client meetings to gauge:

The tracking and verification of social procurement and supply chain aspects where applicable;

Inventory tracking and ordering status;

The management of any risks arising that may affect delivery and supply.

The proposed Schedule of Rates contract will run for 2 years (with annual rate reviews) with an option to extend for a further one year.
