Help implement the new, bold, whole-of-government Digital Transformation Strategy! Work closely with senior staff across the APS to help agencies improve their services and operations through digital transformation. You will draw on all your customer engagement skills, strategic thinking, and your determination to do things differently.
You will work in the small and dynamic Strategy team that leads policy and implementation of the Digital Transformation Strategy. You will engage closely with people right across the DTA, connecting agencies with the services that DTA provides and are available in the market.
The Digital Transformation Strategy guides the APS to create government that’s easy to deal with; informed by people and businesses; and fit for the digital age.
You will work closely with agencies to help them understand digital transformation, address barriers, and improve how they work * usually through short, contained engagements. Specifically, you will:
* Engage with agencies to draft transformation strategies and plans
* Research and connect agencies with useful services (such as DTA guidance or capability programs, and opportunities in the market)
* Help agencies through oversight and/or coaching
* Help create the Strategy engagement approach
