Expression of Interest - School Construction

On behalf of St Matthews Primary School, Fawkner, we invite expressions of interests from registered commercial builders (Victoria) for the construction of external and internal works to existing buildings. (work area approx. 440sqm)

Applicants need suitable capacity and experience working with existing buildings. Project partially funded through Catholic Capital Grants. (Victoria).

Applicants should include details of company structure, references from architects and examples of completed projects. Lump Sum contract to be used.

Following EOI a shortlist of builders will be invited to tender for the project (maximum six). Please forward EOI submission to Harrison and White Pty Ltd by email only by 10/12/2018 (10mb max)
