Provision of Cleaning Services for Key Operational, Recreation & Minor Operations Facilities

Greater Shepparton City Council is seeking a suitably experienced cleaning contractor to provide cleaning services on 17 Council Facilities within the Greater Shepparton City municipality, such as:

* Key Operational (Doyles Road Complex, Welsford Street Offices)
* Recreational (Sports Stadiums)
* Minor Operations (Transfer Stations, Business Centre)
* Visitor Centre, Senior Citizens Centre, Shepparton Show Grounds

Contract Two (2) Years, With an Option of Three (3) X Single Year (1) Extensions Awarded Annually

Maximum Term Five (5) Years, 2 + 1 + 1 + 1

Tenderers are strongly encouraged to attend a non compulsory organised site visit/bus tour providing for all cleaning Contracts commencing at Doyles Road Complex, 315 Doyles Road Shepparton Tuesday 11 December 2018 commencing 9:30am finishing around 4pm.
