The SAS of Department of Education and Training is looking to SAS training.
SAS (previously Statistical Analytics System) has been used by the department for advanced analytics for many years.
The Strategic Policy and Data Analytics Branch (SPADA) has committed to goal is to improve departmental data literacy and capability. Conducting department wide SAS training is part of achieving this goal.
The Department is looking for a suitable SAS training package that is able to up-skill and develop departmental users capability in SAS. Centralised departmental SAS training delivered under the NEEB program which aligns with key departmental cultural traits and is likely to provide some economies of scale.
In addition, the department is upgrading SAS by 30 June 2019. SAS users will require training for the upgrade. The SAS upgrade includes:
1. GRID (GRID SAS® 9.4)
2. Software Packages (Software may be subject to change but at this time SAS® Viya®)
The Department is looking for a suitable SAS training package that is able to up-skill and develop departmental users capability in SAS.

What the training needs to cover
The SAS Training requirement consists of: 1. Online training subscription with access to a variety of updated e-Learning for up to 75 users, including a mechanism to track usage and completions. 2. Classroom and /or live web training, conferences and/or reference books. 3. SAS training at the certification level. 4. Training for the SAS upgrade occuring in the first half of 2019.
