Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Expressions of Interests in relation to a Principal Consultant and Subconsultant Team for the New Performing Arts Venue to be located at Playhouse Green, co-located with the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC).
Responses will be assessed against the criteria set out in the EOI invitation and a shortlist of suitably qualified design teams will be identified to participate in a tender for the provision of design consultancy services for the project.
Participating principal consultants, and their sub-consultancy design teams, must be registered under the Prequalification System (PQC Rating of Level 3 or above) or be eligible to be prequalified.
