Tender Description
The Queensland Government acting through the Queensland Police Service is seeking Proposals for a Workforce Management Solution SaaS.
Protective Services require a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution which has the capability to deliver mobile and web-based workforce management including the ability to effectivity manage security service operations and revenue capture for all sites across Queensland.
The total solution will need to encompass the following and have the:
* Ability to schedule both an internal and external workforce (including restrictions);
* Ability to manage workforce capability and currency (including training, qualifications, payroll, leave, role);
* Ability to manage attendance for an internal and external workforce;
* Ability to communicate with and dispatch a mobile workforce;
* Ability to coordinate mobile patrol activities and services;
* Ability to record billable client services (including sites, rates and contract durations); and
* Ability to generate a CSV of tax invoices (debit) and adjustment notes (credit) for SAP.
