Tender Description
The Yarra Ranges Shire Council (‘the Principal’) invites tenders from suitably experienced parties for CT5777 Traffic Signal Installation - Edward Road/Switchback Road, Chirnside Park (‘the Works’), Melways Ref Map 37 H1).
Tenderers are advised that the construction start date is as soon as possible following tender award and the works must reach Practical Completion by 30 June 2019.
Tender submissions must be received by the TENDER CLOSING TIME or as otherwise changed by addenda.
Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
