Reporting to the Assistant Director, the Business Intelligence team provide support to operational divisions of the NDIA through the development of performance reporting, data analysis, and responses to emerging trends.
The team is a “hub-and-spoke” model, centrally located in Sydney but with staff members also in other states.
* Scheme Actuary
* General Managers of NDIA service delivery divisions
* Sustainability team – Actuarial and reporting
* NDIA Regional Directors
* NDIA Regional performance analysts
* External stakeholders
Day-to-day analytical work on a range of tasks including responding to data requests, report production, data monitoring and analyses, and building the information capabilities of the NDIA. - Providing analysis of root causes underlying emerging trends, and working with service delivery partners to propose operational responses.
