Tender Description
Design and Construction Contract for two (2) double storey Transportable GLA Classrooms, their installation at a senior high school located in the Perth Metropolitan region and all applicable site works.
* The four (4) GLA classrooms are required to meet the standard GLA specification and dimensions for teaching area and store room. It is expected that the classrooms will open onto a shared Incidental learning area approximately 5m wide that is fully enclosed.
* The ground floor classrooms are required to be fully accessible, second floor should be accessible by stairs.
* Delivery and installation of the units is required for June 2019.
* Classroom block should be constructed to Wind Region A and a Bushfire Attack Level of 12.5
