This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
A Senior Business Analyst (BA) is required to support the Channels delivery stream within Robust, fulfilling the role of BA stream lead. This role will manage a small team of Business Analysts to manage and collect requirements for a digital platform solution, providing public and subscription-based services to registered users.
The position will directly report to the Robust BA Lead with dotted line reporting into Delivery Stream Lead /Project Managers as required.
The position will work closely with:
* The channels delivery stream, including Project Managers, Architects and other BAs allocated to the Channels delivery stream.
* BAs allocated across other Robust delivery streams.
* The Robust BA Capability team.
* Other parts of the Robust program as required (PMO, testing, organisational change management, internal communications).
The successful candidate will have had exposure to multiple facets of greenfield digital platforms, including articulating requirements for technology, process and people capabilities, to support delivery and operation of the solution. They will need to work collaboratively with a diverse stakeholder group to envisage and articulate the target state, and have prior experience managing BAs to deliver outcomes.
It is expected that the role is a hybrid – both managing the other BAs in the stream and completing some of the BA deliverable's and activities.
