Council invites tenders for the supply and delivery of approximately 20,000 seedlings, indigenous to the Horsham district area for the Rural Revegetation Program.

The contract will be for a period of two (2) years commencing 15 December 2018 and ending 30 September 2020. An option for an additional two (2) one (1) year terms may be offered at Council’s sole discretion.

Quantity of seed stock is not guaranteed under this contract due to the climatic conditions of the region.

Tenders close at 12 Noon Thursday 29th November, 2018.

Questions may be lodged until Thursday 22 November 2018 at 12:00 pm. Questions lodged post this time will not be responded to.

Council reserves the right to accept all or part of any tender.

Tenders must be lodged through Council’s e Tendering portal.

Late Tenders will not be considered.

Lowest or any Tender not necessarily considered.

Council may appoint one or several suppliers under this contract.
