Tender Description
Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and capable contractors to undertake construction works for the extension and upgrade of Banyule Flats Sporting Pavilion.
The scope of works is generally as depicted in the tender documentation and includes but is not limited to construction activities involving:
* Demolition: Demolish existing hall’s slab, external seats, partitions, walls, windows, concrete walls/slabs, concrete footpath, kitchen cabinets, tables, seats, sanitary wares, light fitting, hand rails & air-condition.
* General building works for the refurbishment of the existing pavilion.
* External concrete, civil and landscaping works.
* Extension of the Pavilion by adding a hall, amenities, storages & kitchen.
It is anticipated that the project will commence in February 2019 and contractors are required to submit realistic programmes in accordance with the requirements of Schedule 15.
