This contract relates to the Construction of Railway Road from Clyde-Fiveways Road to Valetta Street, Clyde.
All Works that are to be constructed by the Contractor under this contract are to be in accordance with the following specifications, the attached VicRoads sections and the accompanying contract and standard drawings.
This Contract is a Lump Sum contract, NOT subject to price adjustment for rise and fall.
